Modular Building Systems
Our 7’ Military Pod Shelters. Rapidly Deployable Military Shelter System
Since 2015 we have been designing and building various modular shelter systems for the US Military. We have built systems around transportation requirements such as the ability fit on a HCU-61E or 463L master pallet for transportation by air for the US military as well as Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and acoustic shielding requirements. Our light weight shelter systems are specifically designed to be modular allowing it to be linked easily to additional units.

Fire, Smoke And Toxicity Building Panels [FST]
Our FST composite laminate has passed the ASTM E-84 fire test, which is the standard test method for assessing the surface burning characteristics of building products. We received the best possible results with a Class A Rating and a Non-Ignition Rating. The key measurements of the E-84 test are Flame Spread Index (FSI), where a Class A rating is between 0-25 with 0 being optimal score, and Smoke Developed Index (SDI), where a Class A rating is between 0-455 with 0 being optimal score. We achieved an absolutely incredible result with a 0 FSI and a 5 SDI.
We have patented the key elements of our FST panel solutions.
Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Acoustically Isolated Modular Panelized Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (EMMod/EMPIRe SCIF)
EMMod first-generation systems designed to meet the specific needs of Air Force missions, while also being aware of and relevant to the operational needs of other Department of Defense services and other agencies.
The EMMod platform is a range panelized enclosures for operational purposes that are lightweight, easily installed, and flexibly sized to meet a diverse range of deployment scenarios and configurations.
The EMMod system can be designed and deployed to interface with existing facility utilities (such as power, HVAC, and fire suppression), as a standalone system, or as a hybrid with a mix of standalone functions and services tied to a host facility. EMMod is also designed to be installed and operated without modification to the structure of a host facility. The EMMod system is intended to be flat-packed, shipped, formatted for use within a facility as a free-standing room, and broken down again for future use.
